- Sure! I purchased a Courier Dual Standard V.32bis from them on the Sysop
- plan some years ago (1990). It worked for only one day. I called them up,
- they gave me an RMA #, I shipped it back, and got my fixed one 12 days
- later.

- Also, I had a lightning hit that damaged the line interface on my HST in
- 1990. I called them up, got an RMA #, and sent it in. Got that one back
- in 13 days.

- Those are the *only* times I have had any trouble with my USR modems.
